The March for Science champions robustly funded and publicly communicated science that serves the common good.
Tens of thousands of people in more than 600 cities around the world participated in a “March for Science” on Saturday, April 22nd, in protest against Donald Trump’s anti-scientific positions on climate change, vaccines and other issues. Placards with nerdy jokes abounded, such as “I march for science periodically” and “If you’re not part of the solution, you’re part of the precipitate”.
